Return and Refund Policy - Primadar
At Primadar, we are committed to providing the highest quality to our customers throughout their treatment journey. Since our products fall under the category of medical and personal care, we adhere to the following policy to ensure everyone's safety:
1. Timeframe:

Customers are entitled to request an exchange or return within 14 days only from the date of order receipt.
2. Return Conditions (Unopened Items):

For health and safety reasons, the item must be in its original condition, completely sealed with the factory's safety seal (shrink-wrap), and must not have been opened or used in any way.

The product must be in its original packaging, including all accessories or attached invoices.
3. Defective Items or Incorrect Orders:

In the event of receiving a damaged product, a manufacturing defect, or an item different from the one ordered, Primadar will cover all shipping costs for the return or exchange. The customer is entitled to a full refund or a replacement with a sound product.
4. Non-Returnable Cases:

Any package whose seal has been broken or that has been used cannot be returned or exchanged, to ensure medical safety and quality standards.

Requests made after 14 days from the date of receipt.
5. Refund Method:

Upon approval of a return request, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method (for electronic payments) or through bank transfer/e-wallets (for Cash on Delivery), within 7 to 14 business days from the date the product reaches our warehouse and is inspected.
